About Me

Coleman Lemmons

Coleman Lemmons is a therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, and maintains a private practice in Oklahoma. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (license #3560) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (license #140). I have a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma with more than 25 years’ experience assisting men and women to recover who they want and need to be. Sometimes it has been a couple who choose to improve communication or strategize what to do about an addicted child or other family member. Often, it’s been a senior, middle aged or younger individual who self-medicates with alcohol or questions the benefits of psychiatric medication. Or those who want to reconsider relying on medication they think may have outlived its usefulness. College age students may need to explore career choices. Sometimes clients are struggling to give up criminal or aggressive behavior. Suffering from depression or anxiety, boredom or regret, confusion or anger is not fatal. A peaceful body, mind and spirit can be restored. The soul with joy and love, hope and trust can prevail. Counseling can help. I can practice anywhere in the state of Oklahoma by telehealth. We will meet over the internet in your home by an appointment that suits your schedule.
